The Dixon-Bate 3.5T Universal ES is the latest edition to the range and includes a high security barrel lock integral to the lower jaw.
The lock locates into a groove machined into the forged steel towing pin preventing its removal.
Safety and security is paramount therefore it is only possible to remove or replace the pin using the key to unlock and special coil spring clip to release or secure!

It has the added advantage of being able to secure the trailer to the towing vehicle acting as an effective deterrent to theft by unhitching when the vehicle and trailer are unattended.

Towbar Fixing:
Two fixing holes, 90mm centres, suitable for M16 HT bolts. Bolts supplied upon request

Towball:
50 mm dia.ball integral part of forging therefore strong, safe and secure.

Towing Pin:
High tensile forged steel headed pin, 25mm dia. Zinc plated finish
